Once I decided on going through with the sale, he moved quickly to get the property and pest inspections done and brought reasonably priced contractors and painters in to quickly get the property ready for sale. He took care of the staging as well as professional videos and photos of the property which showed really well. We were able to generate a lot of interest as soon as we listed and got multiple offers over asking price. We accepted an offer within a week of listing and it was significantly higher than listing price so we were very happy. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free process. Sam was not only knowledgeable on the market and process, he also had a great network of people he works with. He is responsive and easy to work with and he is also very involved in our local community at our kids school and neighborhood sports club.
